About Us
Who We Are
Brought about by a passion for great music and a desire to educate the audiences, in 2017 FBE was formed to bring a new dynamic to classical music in So Florida. Not only do we proudly present Mozart and Bach, but we delight in bringing original compositions and music from film and stage as well. From 19 performers to 6, Fla Blazer Ensemble performs as one unit under the direction of Dr Joseph Pegram. We're now a registered 501c(3) tax exempt organization.
What Inspires Us
Despite sharing many of the same interests and pastimes, we all are inspired by different things that lead us to work seamlessly in a creative setting. We all give input to programming and material so we are all invested in each piece and its meaning and performance. Bach with a modern twist, Mozart with pictures and video, Bruckner with performance art, Handel's Fireworks Music from all over the auditorium. Imagination is the only limit.
Did You Know?
We seek to create a new generation of classical and jazz musicians. We also perform on recorded projects and enable the use of smaller ensembles for impactful movie and media recording.
